Leti is one of the very few Swiss-based specialists with multi-market experience in small-cap IPOs, having been involved in numerous listings on the LSE, NASDAQ, Euronext, TSX, HKEX and SGX.

Leti comes from an investment banking (Equity Capital Markets) background. For the past nineteen years, she has been working with companies (market cap CHF 0-1.5bn) through their listing process and post-listing. Previously a Director, Equity Capital Markets with Seymour Pierce (now Cantor Fitzgerald Europe), the largest smaller company broker in London at the time. Leti currently advises potential Swiss IPO candidates on strategic issues related to preparing for a domestic or international listing. Leti works closely with the major stock exchanges and with key small- and mid-cap specialist investment banks and other regulated advisers in a variety of jurisdictions.
