Infrascreen submits an innovative project that improves the economic and energy performance of greenhouses. Indeed, this startup is developing thermal screens capable of retaining inside the greenhouse the heat emitted by the soil in the form of radiation, thus reducing by 40% the CO2 emissions related to the heating needs of greenhouses, while increasing by 15% the yield of crops.

The BCN Innovation Award in a few words
A real springboard for the winner, the BCN Innovation Prize enables the winner to receive financial support for the development of his or her business, and also to create added value and foster job creation.
In order to support the local economic fabric, the Banque cantonale neuchâteloise created the BCN Innovation Prize in 2008. Considered to be one of the most important awards in Switzerland, this event offers a one-time grant of 150,000 francs to the most innovative project proposed by the region's SMEs and start-ups. The three finalists were selected by the jury of the BCN Innovation Prize after a rigorous selection process from a record number of applications.
